Orders are dispatched from Monday to Thursday. The courier service we use only deliver to Main Metro Centres on Saturday, and no delivery service Sunday and Public Holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery details. If incorrect or incomplete details are provided there may be delayed or non-delivery of your order.
Fortune Cookies aims for delivery as requested, however, as the courier service we use is outside of our control Fortune Cookies cannot guarantee delivery will be on a particular date.

Auckland: 24 – 48 hours

North Island: 24 – 48 hours
North Island Rural Delivery: 24 – 48 hours + additional 3-4 days rural delivery
South Island: 48 – 72 hours
South Island Rural Delivery: 48 – 72 hours + additional 3-4 days rural delivery
We courier parcels – signature required.
If no one is there to sign for the parcel the driver will leave a card in the letterbox, with instructions on what to do next.
How will I know my parcel is being delivered?
Once your delivery is on board the courier we will email you with a tracking number and the website link to trace your parcel.
Do Fortune Cookies freight to PO Boxes?
Orders cannot be couriered to PO Box addresses.
What if my package doesn’t arrive when it is supposed to?
We use a courier service and do plan for delivery on the date requested, however, cannot guarantee this. Sometimes a package is not delivered because of weather delays or circumstances out of our control. We do not refund for these reasons. If your package just doesn’t show up for any reason at all – call us on 09 489 6796 and we’ll look into it.
Do you send to rural addresses?
Yes allow additional 3-4 days on standard delivery times
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we deliver overseas using New Zealand Post or Fedex.
